Web Site Usability Testing
Usability testing is essential for larger interactive sites - especially ecommerce web sites. Usability testing will quickly reveal if users are having difficulty navigating the site, utilizing interactive elements correctly etc.
For usability tests, Marmalade Studio subcontracts to a local web site usability testing facility - complete with all the latest eye tracking gear and screen recordings. Testing takes 3 - 5 business days after which a usability report will be issued identifying the problem areas of the site design.

Usability testing often reveals issues that no one suspected, such as:
